Full-Service Wedding Planning package is available for couples who want a full time professional overseeing every aspect of their wedding planning and wedding day.

We begin by ﬁnding a wonderful location for your reception, and ceremony, creating a master to do list and talking about your budget. We are involved with securing the vendors for your event as well as helping with design and decor. We will be there throughout your entire engagement until you say “I DO” to ensure that your vision come life!

WEDDING DAY

(10-15) hours on-site with your coordinator and up to two assistants

Directing the ceremony processional
Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception
Setup of wedding accessories such as guest book, place cards, favors, etc.
Coordinating pinning of boutonnières and ensuring VIP’s receive flowers
Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
Management of wedding day deliveries
Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors
Providing a stocked emergency kit
Dealing with any unforeseen hiccups
Coordinate load-out

We custom price each event floral design and arrangement individually. We believe no two couples are alike and no two events are either. You tell us your ideas and let us create the experience so you can get busy making the memories.

Price guide is for up to 100 guest. Can be customized to your number of guest. price does not include tax, production and labor.
